How long will it take before I receive my order?

The time it takes to receive your order is dependent on 2 factors: the delivery method you choose and the order fulfillment period. Please note that we do our best to make sure you receive your order timely. The below are estimated timeframes.

1) Delivery Method

The below are our partnered logistics companies and estimated timeframes. Time in transit varies depending on where you're located.

Delivery Method
Carrier Name                          Estimated Time                                              Visit the web

Express                                                                                                 3-7Days

2) Order Fulfillment Period

Average processing time is 2 -15 working days; however, this varies depending on whether your item is currently stocked.

How do I track my order?

When your order has been dispatched, our system will automatically notify you by email. You will then be able to track your order by going to My Account > My Orders, click on your order number to view the Shipping Method (third party courier) used and Shipping ID to track the location of your parcel.

How do I know if my order has been deliverd?

You will be able to check the status of your order under My Account > My Orders.

How are customs duties and import taxes handled?

All shipments being sent to and from a country or region must clear customs first. The customer is responsible for all customs duties and import taxes, including (but not limited to) knowing import laws and dealing with taxes, tariffs, and item seizures. Customs duties and taxes vary in each country, usually a tariff threshold is applied – approximately US$200 in USA, 22 Euros in Europe. This varies depending on the items purchased.

If my order detained by customs, who is responsible for clearance?

If the items are detained by Customs after the shipment has left China, the buyer is responsible for clearance of the detained items.
